A flawless day on the shore, planned the way we would for ourselves

The hour-by-hour outline of a resort day we would craft for ourselves on a Tuesday in late June. Shape it to suit you.

A flawless day on the shore, planned the way we would for ourselves

07:00 · Early swim

The pool is still empty and towel service has not begun. A coffee cart by the entrance offers single-origin filter coffee, with no menu and no line. This half hour is the finest of the day.

08:30 · Breakfast on the terrace

Eggs cooked to order, pastries straight from the kitchen oven, a modest plate of seasonal fruit. We skip breakfast buffets. We prefer plates brought by waiters who have looked after the same families for ten years.

10:00 · Spa or the sea

Either choice works. The spa hammam feels bright and calm in the morning. The sea is gentlest before midday. Most guests pick one and wish they had done both; a few manage both.

13:30 · Unhurried lunch

Three hours at the lagoon bistro, with a bottle of light white and a plate of grilled fish you had not planned to order. No phones, no hurry. This is the meal that stays with you.

18:00 · Golden-hour terrace

Aperitif on the upper deck. By the second day the bar staff will know your name. The house negroni uses a vermouth we produce on-site; it is the most unexpected pour on the estate.

21:00 · The tasting menu

Eight courses, two hours, one wine pairing. Years went into building this evening. We trust it rewards the journey.

23:30 · A brief hour at the tables

Or a leisurely walk back to the suite. Either path: tomorrow opens at 07:00 with a swim, and that rhythm is the whole idea.
